The second bedroom has twin beds also opening onto a patio overlooking the bay, and the third and fourth bedrooms have double beds with en-suite bathrooms. There is a large family bathroom with a shower.

The house has a large lounge and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a 12-seater dining table. There is a laundry room and a TV with full satellite connection in the lounge, and there is a lovely patio with a Weber braai overlooking the bay. The house is fully alarmed with armed response and offers a garage as well as off-street parking for one car. A daily cleaning service is available at an extra charge from an outsourced specialist.

Fish Hoek Beach has the warmer water in Cape Town and is only a couple of minutes’ walk away. Wonderful restaurants to suit all tastes or pockets, modern supermarkets and a shopping district are no more than 10 minutes’ walk away. Cape Point, the Cape Winelands and the V & A Waterfront are all within a 35-minute drive whilst historic Simons Town and the very trendy Kalk Bay are within a five- minute drive or 10-minute train ride away.
