This is a delightful and comfortable home that has a cottage style and a warm and relaxing ambience. The house overlooks the Silvermine Nature Reserve and wetlands which rewards you with wonderful bird life. It is situated in a quiet road with no traffic noise and is a 10-minute walk from Clovelly Beach.
The house has three bedrooms; the main bedroom is situated downstairs and has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second and third bedrooms have double beds. The main bathroom has a Victorian bath and a shower. There is an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a window hatch to the dining room which offers an eight-seater table and a large lounge with a TV offering DStv. There is a beautiful patio and a swimming pool with a safety cover in our lovely garden. We also provide a double garage and a cleaning service twice a week.
Fish Hoek, St James and Kalk Bay are all a few minutes’ drive away and even within walking distance. An abundance of excellent restaurants are in the area and there are three supermarkets in Fish Hoek.
