This delightful house has been refurbished exclusively as a holiday retreat in Fish Hoek. It is only a few minutes from shops, restaurants and the main swimming beach.

There is a lovely swimming pool and a covered patio that is totally geared for outdoor living. The main house sleeps six guests comfortably and there is another fully equipped pool cottage for another two guests with its own entrance.

The property is fully alarmed and has secure tandem parking for three vehicles. There is no smoking allowed indoors as well as no pets allowed. The house consists of three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, guest toilet, cosy lounge area, outside patio area, washing machine and a dishwasher. There is full DStv for guests to enjoy and a TV in the main bedroom.
