Die Huisie by Die Eike invites you to come and admire the beautiful mountains of Tulbagh from the luxury of your bed. Envelope yourselves with the sounds of nature and relish the quiet privacy that comes with it - Die Eike is the place for you.
The cottage is situated on a hill with one of the best views over the Winterhoek Mountains. You can also look down upon the colourful fruit orchards of the farm.
The open-plan cottage offers accommodation for three people with two single beds which can be converted into a king-size bed and a bunk-style bed which is comfortable for a third person. Bedding and towels are all supplied. The spacious bathroom has a separate toilet, a shower and a washbasin. The kitchen has all the equipment for preparing food including a microwave, a refrigerator, a kettle, a toaster and a stove. Crockery, cutlery and glasses are supplied.
The area of Tulbagh is quiet, quaint and steeped in history. Enjoy casual walks along the street, stopping by the shop or grabbing a quick meal in one of the many little restaurants. Other activities include birding and horse riding which are supplied on a neighbouring farm.

Location: A nature lover's paradise. A private airstrip makes it accessible to pilots of all kinds of small aircraft.
Great Outdoors: There is horse riding offered by the neighbouring farm, Vrolikheid. The Murludi walking trail, 3 km away, offers walks in beautiful surroundings.
Outstanding Views: The cottage has one of the best views over the Winterhoek Mountains. Snow in winter is a very special sight as are the seasonal colours of the orchards.
Relaxation: The calm and beauty of the mountains and orchards unwind the soul.
