Die Dorpshuis is situated in Williston, a charming Karoo town in the heart of the Northern Cape with neighbouring towns Calvinia and Carnarvon. Sheep farming is the predominant industry, with locally reared Karoo lamb being widely renowned. As many farms are located far away from town, the custom was for farmers to have a town house which they used when they came to town for business.

Our classic Karoo-style town house has three bedrooms, which sleep up to six people. The master bedroom has a double bed and the two guest rooms each have two single beds. The fully appointed kitchen opens up into a relaxing open-plan living and dining area and views of the majestic Karoo landscape can be enjoyed from the dining room and front patio. Other amenities include braai facilities, a garage and two covered parking bays.

The town and surrounding area has much to offer. The famous Tombstone Route, showcasing artistic tombstones chiselled from local sandstone, takes guests on a unique historic tour of the area. Golfers can try their hand at a round of golf on a unique Karoo style grassless golf course.
