Hidden away in a shady, green and peaceful corner of the Stellenbosch Winelands lies the Devon Valley Hotel situated in its own Sylvan Vale Vineyards. We offer authentic and contemporary Cape cuisine with spectacular valley views from the popular vineyard terrace and elegant evening dining in our Flavours restaurant.

The hotel has a 4 Star grading and offers 38 tastefully decorated en-suite rooms, as well as three function venues which are configurable to almost any seating requirement. Other facilities include a Jacuzzi, two swimming pools and a communications centre with free Internet connectivity.

The Devon Valley Hotel’s signature restaurant, Flavours, has a gentle and homely ambiance. It promises to offer guests Cape cuisine in a picturesque setting. Flavours is about bringing people together and celebrating the good things in life. The restaurant’s focus is on bold flavours, celebrating classic, uncomplicated dishes and fresh, clean tastes best described as a concept of food which is essentially simple, yet where flavour always comes first.

In addition to the flavour combinations, the extensive wine list aims to compliment the theme and please the most discerning of palates. We strive to the excellent tradition for which we were rewarded with the Diners Club International Wine List of the Year Gold Award for 2005/2006 and Platinum for 2007.

The hotel's bar and lounge area lead out onto the Vineyard Terrace which is the ideal spot for light and lazy lunches with breathtaking views of the Devon Valley and the Helderberg in the distance.
