Hi daar,
Ons verblyf by Deo Gratia was onvergeetlik. Die plek, atmosfeer en mense, ag sommer alles was net fantasties. Dit is seker die 2 vriendelikste persone wat ek in 'n lang tyd mee besigheid gedoen het. Paul, Elize, weereens baie dankie vir alles en hou so aan. Soos beloof, sien ons julle weer gou in die toekoms.

Country style living in town!
We are fortunate to have something really special. The large property is on the edge of town and the feel is definitely country. Like being on a farm.
It is 4800m2 in size but the views on the surrounding farms and mountains contribute to the country feel and space, giving you the perfect base from where you can explore the wonders of the Cape or to simply relax after doing good business in Cape Town.
Two nearby dams on a public open space/park offer a short and safe walk to the ducks. We now have wild rabbits that are just about constantly playing around on our property. The guinea fowl, "dikkoppe", Egyptian Geese and other birds add to the country feel. Tortoises are also frequent visitors lately.
With similar sized and larger estates surrounding us, we have peace and quiet. No traffic noise, as we are right at the end of a cul de sac. Lots of save, on site, parking.
But, we also have Mr Delivery, KFC, sushi, movies, shopping centres, a casino, golf course, wine estates….. right on our doorstep. Spoil your partner at one of the wide variety of excellent restaurants we have in the area! Tyger Valley Shopping Centre, 8km away, has 46 restaurants to choose from....
New features: ADSL internet line with Wi-Fi.
CCTV in general areas, for your and our safety.
Trojan & Reebok: Set aside a few minutes per day for the treadmill and Orbitrek. Not a very serious exercise experience, but it ensures that you do not feel too guilty when over indulging in the excellent food and wine experiences of the Cape!
Swimming pool and pool patio now installed.
Have a braai under the big tree with the reed wind & sun screen surround and simply relax.
