Description

De Rust View Guest House offers dramatic views of both the Swartberg and Kammanassie Mountains in the Klein Karoo, from our viewing deck. We are situated in a quiet street at the edge of town, but still close enough to shops.

Our entertainment area is equipped with a fireplace, a TV with DStv, a bar and a pool table. We offer five beautifully furnished rooms, with two that have their own private decks. All the rooms have en-suite bathrooms fitted with Italian tiles. For the hot summer days we have a large swimming pool to cool off in.

Whether you are on your way to one of the many tourism destinations in the Western Cape, or just exploring the area and of course our amazing little town, take time for yourself, kick off your shoes and drink in the majestic beauty of our area.

Our hosts Lanie-Marie and Ben made us feel really welcome and simply could not do enough for us. The accommodation is excellent, very tasteful. The view is simply out of this world and that alone, is worth going back for! I can seriously recommend Ben's Lamb Curry for dinner - delicious! Would visit again.

Dis was my hoogte punt van all die pleke waar ons geslaap het, dit was die mooiste en die uitsig was fantasties. Die kos was heerlik probeer gerus die Malva poeding. Dankie vir 'n wonderlike 2 nagte se kuier.

What a lovely guest house in a pretty town. We were made so welcome and enjoyed a delicious dinner on the deck, complete with Ben's homemade bread which was a highlight.
