The utility area at the far end contains a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer.
The attractive lounge has patio doors leading onto the wrap-around deck and it offers dazzling white leather sofas, an enormous coffee table, luxurious accessories, a fireplace and a 40-inch flat screen TV with DStv and a DVD player. The wrap-around deck runs along two sides of the property. There is a sun deck with pool and glorious double-aspect views at the front, and an exterior dining and braai area to the side.

The adjacent bathroom has a bath, separate shower and his and hers washbasins. Bedrooms two and three are equally striking with their huge black and white headboards and sparkling light fittings. Both rooms feature fitted wardrobes and share an adjacent bath and shower room. The lower floor has two further twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and small en-suite shower rooms.
