The apartment is located in a very secure complex, with monitored access control, patrolling guards, and electric gates as well as electric fencing. Features include an intercom system and some of the most breathtaking views in Gordons Bay.

Situated 40 minutes from Cape Town and 30 minutes from the main airport, in the shadow of the Hottentots Holland Mountains, Gordons Bay is the last seaside outpost before Sir Lowry's Pass which takes one over the mountains and into the famous eco-tourism area of the Overberg.

It was very pleasant. The place was clean and tidy. I did ask for one thing, a cot for my baby, but we made a plan. Otherwise it was very nice, and close to the beaches and shop.
