Nestled between the tranquil Sandbaai shoreline and the towering fynbos covered Onrust Mountains, this modern and sophisticated property is perfectly situated in an area unsurpassed in its natural beauty. Make Crimson Views your base and explore the many exciting activities that wait upon your doorstep.

This fully equipped house offers luxurious open-plan living. The expansive living area leads towards a large wrap-around balcony, which offers stunning views overlooking the ocean. There is also a second floor balcony which offers an unobstructed view of the local area.

The living area is nice and spacious with elegant décor and subtle lighting. This Living Room is an open-planned room which joins both the kitchen and dining area’s.

There is a large dining-room table which seats ten people as well as an impressively large L-shaped sofa. There is also a wood and coal burning fireplace in the centre of the living room, which, when used, gives the room a warm, cosy feeling during the winter months.

The glass fold-up doors, which run along two of the walls of this area can be opened and then folded up, which then turns this living room into one large, open sea-facing area.

The views from the living room are spectacular and guests will certainly be impressed by this space.

The kitchen is open-plan and looks out towards the living and dining area. The kitchen boasts a very modern feel and is well equipped to suit your every culinary need.

The granite work-surfaces are large and there is a central work area with five bar-stools if you fancy eating in the kitchen or just giving those cooking some company.

All common cooking utensils are present as well as modern appliances – microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, oven and hob. The kitchen is bright and spacious and there is easy access to the main balcony for the serving of meals on the outside table.

The sea-facing en-suite is indeed the most impressive of all the bedroom’s Crimson Views has to offer you.

This room boasts a queen sized bed and has large built-in cupboards. The bed faces a set of sliding doors which have direct access to the main balcony.

The room has neutral decor and is one of the houses brightest and warmest rooms, with fantastic afternoon sun. There is a modern en-suite bathroom with a corner jacuzzi-spa bath as well as a large walk-in shower.

The mountain-facing en-suite looks out towards the Hemel-en-Aarde Mountains in the east. The warm morning sun floods into this room through the windows which overlook the large, indigenous back garden.

This room features neutral decor, a queensize bed as well as built-in cupboards. The en-suite is of an excellent size, with a bath as well as a walk-in shower.

A light and bright comfortable room with two single beds. There are two large windows in this room with partial views of the mountains as well as having a built-in cupboard. The room is situated off a small reception area and is in close proximaty to the main bathroom and double twin room.

This room is ideal for the kids. It contains two sets of bunk-beds and sleeps four. It also features a built-in cupboard and a good sized window which overlooks the large back indigenous garden. The bedroom is close to the main bathroom as well as to the twin room.

The main balcony is extremely spacious and runs from the living room along the front of the house, past the kitchen and to the sea-facing en-suite bedroom.

The balcony is tiled throughout and is really an excellent area to enjoy all your meals during the summer months. There is an outside table provided which seats eight people, along with a large umbrella for extra comfort. There are also two braai’s /barbeque’s offered.

These can be used on the balcony, perfect for cooking the local crayfish as the Sandbaai skies turn crimson in the evening and the sun goes down over the ocean. There are also two sun-loungers provided which can be enjoyed to laze the days away in the warm African sun.

There is access to the balcony from the magnificent fold-up doors of the living room, as well as direct access from the kitchen and sea-facing en-suite bedroom.

Please note breakage fee of R500.00 will be asked which is refundable.
