Cosy Villa is situated in the splendid holiday resort, La Balade, in Trou Aux Biches. The three-bedroom tourist residence is located in a beach village in the north of the paradise island of Mauritius. The villa is a fully detached two-level cottage and is well-equipped for comfortable living in care-free style.

La Balade Resort is located in Trou Aux Biches, one of the four topmost areas of the North Coast as a tourist destination. Sea sports activities as well as exquisite restaurants, shopping malls, a golf course, horse riding, casino and aquarium can all be found nearby. La Balade Resort includes amenities such as spacious well-groomed gardens, a swimming pool, tennis court, and barbecue facilities.

Cosy Villa offers 24-hour security and has a fully integrated electronic alarm system. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, and two bedrooms open out onto a balcony which overlooks the beautifully laid-out garden, as well as the sparkling swimming pool. The third bedroom has its own rear balcony, which overlooks the resort's other chalets against a backdrop of tall filao trees lining a long stretch of natural beach. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, and Internet access is available in the villa.

Other activities include glass-bottom boat cruises, scuba diving, big game fishing, and dancing and sega nights. Airport transfers and interesting tours of the country can also be arranged upon request.
