My husband, our son, and I stayed over for one night en route to East London. Cynthia was warm and welcoming after our long drive from Cape Town & our s/c unit was warm & inviting as well as comfortable & clean. We were well rested the next morning for the last stretch of our journey & the breakfast was amazing. Cynthia really spoiled us. We will definitely stay over if we are in the area again.
Our stay at Coral Cottage was really good. Cynthia made us feel so at home. Unfortunately we could not have her breakfast (which we have heard from a number of people is something not to be missed as they are legendary). Will keep that for next time. Thanks so much!
Just spent a night at this rather tucked away little guesthouse. It's up in the hills away from the town and gives one the feeling that you're nestled away in a lush garden estate. The room was beautiful, bed exceptionally comfortable, and the history just about edible. Thanks for a great stopover.
One word:"Wonderful!". Cynthia is a pleasant, bubbly personality who is at her guests assistance whenever they wish! The cottages are decorated tastefully and everything is in working order and very neat. Do not pass Port Alfred without popping in! Her breakfast is a delight. Thank you very much Cynthia for the warm welcome. Thank you for a very neat and beautiful cottage. I will surely come and stay there when we come down to the family!
