Collin 601 is situated on the third floor of an apartment block with 180-degree Indian Ocean views and only 60 m from the beach.

The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a spacious, open-plan living area, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge and the main bedroom have air-conditioning. There is a lovely patio with great sea views and a built-in braai. DStv is available but you will need to bring your own decoder and card. There is a lovely heated pool in the complex and a lock-up garage, carport and space for a trailer. Small house pets are welcome.

St Michael’s beach is a surfer’s paradise and there is a charming nine-hole golf course which winds its way through the neighbourhood and down to the river. There are Chinese, Italian and seafood restaurants, a pizza takeaway, busy shops and supermarkets for all guests' needs.
