Coastlands 30 Degrees is located just north of Umhlanga, against a backdrop of sugar cane-covered hills and lush sub-tropical countryside in the seaside village of Umdloti. We offer two apartments in this apartment block, each with its own charm and style.

Both units can accommodate up to eight people in four bedrooms, and are fully equipped with a modern kitchen that boasts a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all electronic appliances. The TV lounge is equipped with full DStv, and there are two parking bays situated in the basement for each unit.

Umdloti is a quiet coastal hamlet that offers golden beaches, safe warm ocean waters, and excellent fishing.
