The place is kept up very nicely...the sheets are clean and you can eat off the floor... The only thing was that on the first morning when we went for breakfast, it was not refilled and I literally had a fried egg with nothing...my husband had no breakfast.

Very nice place. Great with free wi-fi. The only downside is the location. A little far from shops and restaurants. Staff very helpful.

The booking process is relatively easy. The directions that are on the website are incredibly misleading. We were lost for close to 2 hours at night in a strange city. The receptionist whom we called for directions knew nothing about the city and was unable to assist us after more than 10 calls to her. The security guard who had our keys when we finally arrived was extremly rude. In the morning, no-one spoke to us at all. This is such a beautiful guest house which is being let down by their unprofessional staff. Management has since aplogised for our horrible experience though.
