We have four double or twin, en-suite bedrooms all with private entrance and tastefully decorated for your comfort. Colour television with remote control offering SABC, e-TV. 24-hour Wireless ADSL internet connection well lit working space. Substantial, wholesome breakfast served in the dining room. Complimentary biscuits, tea and coffee making facilities and bar fridge. Microwave available in dining room, Mr Delivery is available. Complimentary toiletries, towels, linen provided and are serviced daily. Laundry is done on request. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board on request, heater and electric blanket supplied in winter. E-mail and fax facilities at reception and safe for valuables.

We are approximately 45 minutes from OR Tambo International Airport. Airport transfers can be arranged on request. Remote controlled gate access, ample secure covered, off-street parking and easy access to freeways.

Linden boasts a covered/heated swimming pool, with Emmerentia Dam and Delta Park Nature Reserve in the vicinity. There are six restaurants nearby.
