We had a wonderful time in the Noordhoek area and Capetown! Chapmanspeak Lodge was simply beautiful and very well constructed . The hosts were very pleasant and they ensured we had everything needed.
The only potential negative - and it entirely depends on what you desire - is the lodge is attached to the hosts' house. Although it was quiet with a separate locked entrance and we never felt intruded upon, nonetheless it not a separate structure as we imagined. However, it worked ... more

Chapmans Peak Lodge is a garden cottage with a private entrance, in Beach Road, Noordhoek.
The cottage is within walking distance to Long Beach, pubs and restaurants. Size is approx 80 square meters, with a spacious loft bedroom-en-suite upstairs and an open plan living room, dining area and kitchen downstairs. The loft bedroom has sea and mountain views.
The dining/living room has lovely mountain views. The living room area has a double sleeper couch.There is a seperate bathroom off the living room area, with shower. | The loft bedroom has hand-made roof trusses and a beautiful view across the bay, from Chapmans Peak to Kommetjie. The Queen bed is fitted with 200 thread count cotton percale linen and has a semi-open plan en-suite bathroom, with a toilet, bath and hand basin.
Downstairs is a double room, with ensuite shower.
