Casa Mia Health Spa & Guesthouse

When we tried to book bed/breakfast at the Casa Mia we were offered a self catering bungalow which we thought would be nice. Unfortunately this did not come up to our expectations at all. We felt like lepers as the bungalow was located quite a bit away from the spa and after collecting the keys no one ever contacted us to ask how things were. It was evident that we were not allowed to use any of the facilities at the spa which was disappointing but according to the web site it appeared we could use the steam room, jacussi and pool. There was no table to eat from inside the bungalow, hob disgusting/broken, kettle, microwave,toaster not clean,old shower in bathroom, no umbrella outside to sit at table. Worst of all we were not informed that the accommodation is 3 kms on a dirt road (lots of stones)from the main road and my husband was very upset about this as we had a hired car and did not want to damage the car. We were in South Africa for 21 days and we found the Casa Mia the most expensive and worst place we stayed in and we would not recommend it to anyone. Lots of TLC and Customer Service required. We have used SafariNow.com many times and have always found it very reliable util now. Thank you.
