Take the lift from the garage onto the main patio and enter directly into the spacious main living room area. Adjacent to this is the dining room area with a modern eight-seater glass table. The open-plan kitchen and scullery leads off the dining area and is equipped with a washing machine, tumble-dryer and dishwasher. The main living room opens up onto the patio which has a six-seater table overlooking the pool, as well as a gas fireplace. Rattan sun loungers line the swimming pool for hot summer days. All downstairs living areas are air-conditioned. A gas fireplace in the living room makes for cosy winter evenings.

There are three en-suite bedrooms and the entrance to the main bedroom doubles as a walk-through cupboard. The en-suite bathroom has his and hers washbasins, heated towel rails, an oval bath and shower. This room enjoys a private balcony with uninterrupted sea and mountain views. Bedrooms two and three each have en-suite bathrooms with baths, showers and heated towel rails. Both king-size beds can be made up as single beds when requested. All bedrooms lead onto the upstairs landings which have been converted into an informal family room. The large L-shaped leather couch is an inviting area to kick back and relax after busy days exploring the Cape.
