The home is ideally situated within the secure estate of the Caribbean Beach Club, which offers a nine-hole golf course, tennis courts, a restaurant, pub, and great views of the Hartbeespoort Dam.

The lovely well-maintained double-storey home has much to offer, including a large fully equipped kitchen and a spacious lounge area leading out onto a patio area overlooking the golf course and dam. Upstairs are four double en-suite bedrooms, while downstairs there are two bunk bed rooms for the kids. Secure off-street parking is also provided.

Places of interest in close proximity include the Chameleon Cultural Village, an elephant and monkey sanctuary, and much more.
