Elize made you feel very welcome. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. Lovely garden to relax in. The bird Park was great. Will definitely be back.

Elise is an excellent host and does all she can to make your stay most enjoyable. The boat trip in the estuary is a must and great value.

The establishment is very neat & tidy. It provides only the basics, and dont expect luxury. For the price you pay, it is good value for money. The room we stayed in only has a shower and no bath. They should look into changing the showerheads, only because they are variable. The TV is small and sits high up on top of the kitchen cupboard. It is in a very beautiful bird park, so dont be surprised if you dont get enough sleep because of the birds making noise during the night. But all in all, it provided a comfortable stay, and good value for money!

Dirk and Debbie are 2 of the most amazing people we have ever met. They were extremely generous and unbelievably accommodating during our stay at Cane Cutters. The accommodations were lovely and spotless. The bird park is beautiful and we walked through it multiple times a day admiring the variety of exotic birds and wildlife. It is a very tranquil and relaxing location. The directions provided to us by Dirk and Debbie were simple and we arrived at Cane Cutters without any problems. We loved Cane Cutters and will definitely stay there again when we return to South Africa in a couple of years. All of the staff were fantastic and we would like to thank everybody at Cane Cutters for making our stay comfortable and extremely enjoyable.
