This spacious, luxurious home is located in a secure cul-de-sac. We are situated in one of Pietermaritzburg's most sought after suburbs. With stunning green belt views and a lovely entertainment area, one quickly realizes the uniqueness of this establishment. Cal`s Place is a five-bedroom establishment that can sleep 10 guests. We are ideal for sporting teams, those requiring short-term accommodation due to relocation or building, large families, business executives and tour groups.

There are a number of golf courses in the area, such as the neighbouring Victoria Country Club Estate, the Maritzburg Golf Club, Sakabula and Boschoek. For those wishing to visit the majestic Drakensburg, a World Heritage Site, it is a pleasant one hour drive to the Southern Drakensburg. Oribi Airport is also within 10 kilometers. Midmar and Albert falls dams, popular for boating and fishing enthusiasts, are only half an hour’s drive away and the north and south coasts are within an hours' drive.

What a lovely home away from home! We had a lovely stay in this peaceful and safe neighbourhood. The guest house was close to shopping centres and the highway and the house itself had all we needed for a lovely break. Will definitely be back again.
