Wonderful

Wonderful and hospitable place to stay, and we were so well looked after including them booking dinner for us at a local restaurant, and homemade lemonade. Accommodation was cosy and homely. Would stay there again.

Wonderful accommodation.

Dinner was superb at the Kliphuis and breakfast the next morning was magnificent (the stewed quince was superb). A high chair was provided for our infant son, although was a little unstable.

Description

Two fully restored Karoo cottages, with 3 bedrooms each, date back to the late 1800's, and have the charm, decor and ambience of a bygone era. Lovingly refurbished, air-conditioned and furnished with antiques. Adjoining the nature reserve with lovely views and beautiful landscaped gardens. Breakfasts are a treat with free-range eggs, homemade preserves and fruit fron the orchard. Swim in the bore-hole fed resevoir. Secure parking.
