Description

Cherry World Lodge is situated in Kylami, on a 3 hectare smallholding in the middle of South Africa’s famous Horse Country. Just below the Kyalami Castle. The house is a typical old farm house under thatch, surrounded by landscaped gardens, housing a 15 metre swimming pool and a large thatched lapa consisting of a braai area for entertaining and relaxation.

Suitable for families, business personnel, tourists and backpackers. Good security and secure parking is a given. A shuttle bus service, washing facilities and kitchen services are available on request. Rooms can be booked on a monthly basis with rates on request we speak German, English, Hungarian, Africans and Spanish.

I enjoyed my overnight stay. Andrea and her husband are very friendly and helpful. They also provided an airport transfer for my son who could not stay over, but got drenched in the rain. They took him home, gave him dry clothes and then took him to the airport. They went the extra mile for us. Thank you.

Received very well. Accommodation was ok but not exactly what I booked. I wanted a private chalet with own lounge as advertised on the site and instead got a room with bathroom only.

Andrea and her husband are charming and efficient hosts-the proximity to Kyalami race track makes it a perfect venue for race-goers.Whilst small,the rooms are comfortable and clean, the only thing wanting was a braai-tong :)
