Butterfly Glen is a newly constructed self contained garden apartment. It is situated in a large sub tropical very private garden which is well maintained.

The Apartment is completely self contained and has it's own security system, entrance gate and driveway leading to secure parking for two to three vehicles.

The apartment is furnished in modern minimalist style to the highest standard. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and other top quality appliances. Maid service is provided twice weekly. Bedding and towels are provided.

The Bedroom is air conditioned and the bedroom and living room have remotely controlled variable speed ceiling fans.

The apartment has a full length wide patio opening from the Living Room, Kitchen and Bedroom.

A TV is provided as well as DStv (Digital Satellite TV) with a PVR (Personal Video Recorder) to provide flexibility of viewing. WiFi Internet access is possible.

All three South African mobile phone services are accessible.

The garden has many bird visitors and the Woolly Necked Stork is frequently seen gliding over. Butterfly Glen is so named because of the butterflies that are seen in the garden all the year round.

There are several designated Blue Flag Beaches within a short drive. The closest, Marina Beach, is a five minute drive or a short walk along the beach.
