Bushbuck Caravan Park

Bushbuck Caravan Park is located near to the Mabula Game Reserve and offers beautiful, well-appointed campsites just a short drive from Johannesburg. These great grass campsites are well-shaded from the elements by many trees.

Guests have the option of a private site with their own bathroom with a bath and shower, or a semi-private site with a shared ablution facility containing a bath and a shower no further than 50 m away. There are also communal sites with bathrooms no further than 20 m away. These bathrooms have a bath only. Each site has access to 220 V electrical points, and has its own water tap and braai stand. Laundry facilities and washing lines are also provided.

In addition, Bushbuck Caravan Park offer a small shop on site selling necessities, as well as wood and ice. Features include a tea garden and bar, and a games room with table tennis, a pool table and darts, while a large swimming pool is ideal for the warmer months. The campsite offers first aid available to guests, cellphone reception, and on site security. The site is wheelchair friendly and unfortunately no pets are allowed.

Mabula Game Reserves offers a true Big 5 experience, with day and night game drives available. The nearby area offers many places ideal for bird-watching and mountain biking. Alternatively, Bela Bela is a reasonable drive away and offers relaxing hot springs and many resorts with waterslides and play parks.
