Budget /Affordable Accommodation in Older Suburb (older type house). One of the first suburbs in Pretoria. Do not expect modern - Older Establishment. Three bedroom house plus a flatlet.

Quiet relaxed atmosphere, clean, friendliness, helpfulness, safe surroundings and secure parking are all part of our service.
Well kept gardens, with a stone built braai for those times when you would like to do your own barbeques. Charcoal, wood for sale.

Nostalgic journey into the past. Cottage furniture, art, wood carvings, old copper street lights, stained glass windows complete the charm of the pressed ceilings and wooden floors. A guest house, like no other, you have ever experienced. Pack a case, and a sense of adventure, and come see for yourself.

Walking distance (opposite) to the Academic Hospital, on bus route, close to Loftus, University, Technikon. North/West of Pretoria five/10 km, East/South of Pretoria 15/20 km. Rovosrail-down the road.

Continental/Health Breakfast included for rooms,this is complimentary. Cereals, toast, farmhouse breakfast available, extra fees involved on request only. A tuck-shop is available.(toiletries, or what you may have forgotten).

Cot (No linen) and baby bath, available. Small library / Communal Lounge with a TV. Hair - dryers, adapters, iron, shoe shine, iron, etc. available at reception. Our Pool will be available soon. No Entertainment. High security - we are in a safe area - Alarm

Capital Meander Art Route - Art route runs from our area to the Hartebeespoort Dam. Along the route you can enjoy the Cheetah Farm, Margaret Roberts Herb Garden, Zoo, Reptile Park and Aquarium, dam wall, boat ride, cable car, nurseries, Artists Studios, Curio's and much more, so if you are passionate about any of the above, this is a must.

A wondeful stay indeed!

Carol & Chris received us very warmly, showed us around and made us feel very welcome. Since it was just the 4 of us in the facility, they gave us the run of the house. They have a very interesting collection of antiques which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had a most enjoyable stay.
