Buffalo Hotel

The Buffalo Hotel is located in Hectorspruit and offers guests comfortable accommodation in nine en-suite rooms, with various configurations.

We wish to re-establish the Buffalo Hotel as a landmark and icon in the Mpumalanga Lowveld, honouring its long and distinguished history since its establishment as a business in 1923. We wish to expand within the next year and have the Buffalo Hotel known, both nationally and internationally, as a holiday, conference and event destination.

The Buffalo Hotel intends to contribute to the enrichment of the quality of lives of people around the world by fulfilling customer wishes beyond their expectations. This will be supported by the top class international Lizana restaurant, with world-class conference facilities, and the elite Maroela Country Club featuring a spa, lapa, swimming pool, gymnasium, squash court and related facilities, which will only be available to club members and hotel guests.

The luxury Swazi Huts will be refurbished and provided with a traditional lapa and heritage centre to present tribal dancing shows and facilities for open fire evenings with traditional cuisine. We see it as our main mission to provide affordable and luxury accommodation and entertainment at competitive prices to our target markets.
