Brookes Hill Suites offers 100 self-catering suites. All Studio Suites have en-suite bathrooms with a bath and shower over the bath, hair dryers, colour television, air-conditioning, selected satellite channels, direct-dialling telephones, digital safes and coffee and tea making facilities.

Larger suites have fully-equipped kitchens, with a lounge and dining area. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom suites have a separate walk-in shower. All suites have colour television, selected satellite channels, and direct-dialling telephones. The suites do not have in-room safes, but safes are available at reception.
