Brambleberry Farm is a quiet getaway in the Swartland area on the slopes of Kasteelberg near Riebeek Kasteel. At Brambleberry Farm guests have a choice of two cottages, Thula and Intaba.

Both cottages are situated on a hill and have terrific views of the mountain ranges, neighbouring farms and dams. The quaint cottages are fully equipped for self-catering with crockery and cutlery for six people. Indoor and outdoor braai areas are also available and bedding is supplied but guests need to bring their own towels. The main rooms are furnished with double beds while other sleeping arrangements consist of single beds and sleeper couches, depending on the cottage.

Guests can cool off in the farm dam and the farm enjoys amazing summer evenings. Guests can enjoy activities from hiking, walking in the mountain, cycling on the endless farm roads to barbecues at the stream under the oaks or enjoying a sundowner. Guests can interact with the horse and her foal, chickens, peacocks, farm dogs and view the dairy cows and calves on the neighbouring farms. At night you will hear the hooting of the local owls and if you are lucky you’ll spot a porcupine, the feral pigs, rooibokkies, wild hares, jennets or a mongoose.

Riebeek Kasteel and Riebeek West have the friendliest pubs where you are treated like a local as well as lovely restaurants in the nearby villages. Brambleberry Farm offers guests fresh air, peace and serenity for the perfect country getaway.
