Bramber Court was built in the Art-Deco era and is centrally situated in a quiet cul-de-sac below Signal Hill, with views overlooking Robben Island and the Atlantic Ocean. Bramber Court is ideally situated close to many amenities, public transport, and within easy walking distance of Cape Town city centre, the V&A Waterfront, as well as the Sea Point and Mouille Point promenades. There are also numerous cafes, restaurants, bars and shops just down the road and a popular gym is just five minutes’ walk away.

Bramber Court offers four self-catering apartments, with two bedrooms, a bathroom containing a bath and a shower and a separate kitchen with a combined living and dining area and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and features a fridge-freezer, stove and oven, a microwave, kettle, and toaster. In addition, there is a small laundry unit in each apartment with a fully automatic washing machine, iron, ironing board and a clothes horse, while the building features security control and secure parking.
