This three-bedroom apartment is situated directly on the beach with sea views from the verandah and two of the bedrooms. The complex is situated approximately 15 km from the King Shaka International Airport and it has direct access onto Clark Bay and Willard Beach. The popular Ballito Beach is also within walking distance. Shops and restaurants are 600 m on either side of the unit and there is a promenade along the beach.

The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed. The upstairs bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet, and an additional guest bathroom downstairs offers a basin and a toilet. There is also a private outside shower downstairs. Linen is provided, but it is necessary to bring your own beach and bath towels. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and cutlery for six people. There is a TV in the lounge, with a DVD player and a basic DStv bouquet.

There is a braai on the patio with a lush lawn for the kids to play, as well as a communal pool with a kiddies pool and a braai area in the complex. There is covered parking for one vehicle, as well as an extra parking for guests. The apartment is serviced from Monday to Friday, and Saturday via prior arrangement.
