Blue Waters Beach House is situated in Llandudno, which lies nestled in a private and peaceful cove with one of the most secluded and beautiful beaches in the city that is approached by one of the most scenic drives you can find.

The beautiful, private, three-storey beach house is situated a few minutes’ walk from the prestigious Llandudno Beach. It provides luxurious holiday accommodation with an open-plan reception area and fully fitted kitchen that takes up the entire top floor, offering uninterrupted views over the beach and bay. The floor-to-ceiling windows open onto the travertine terrace for easy indoor and outdoor living. The modern kitchen offers a breakfast nook, a double electric fan oven and a gas stove, a combination grill and microwave, a fridge-freezer, as well as a top-of-the-range dishwasher.

Three luxury en-suite double bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and are furnished with a king-size, a queen-size and three-quarter beds respectively. Each bedroom leads onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool, with stairs down to the garden and a sunbathing terrace with sun loungers, cushions and an outside barbecue area. The bathrooms consist of a shower or a bath each and crisp white linen and towels are provided for each room. A guest bathroom is also available on the upper level.

The house is comfortably furnished and the lounge is equipped with satellite TV, a Hi-Fi, CD’s and DVD’s, and guests have access to wireless Internet. A lovely fireplace creates a warm atmosphere in the winter and the indoor dining room features a lime-washed, Bali-style table with six rattan lime-washed chairs.

The outdoor terrace dining area can seat 10 people next to a built-in gas barbecue and enjoys lovely sea views. The lovely house is also equipped with a laundry and wash room that contains a washing machine and tumble-dryer. A daily maid service is provided, except on public holidays and Sundays. The Beach House has an alarm for extra security and guests can make use of the single garage. Parking for four cars is also available and guests can make use of the Llandudno Tennis and Squash Club, just a short walk away.

With its private outside terraces, Blue Waters Beach House is perfect for alfresco dining or sipping a sunset cocktail while listening to the crash of the waves on the shore and enjoying the beautiful sea views after a long day of exploring all the sights of Cape Town.
