Bircham View Guest House is nestled away in the tranquil Kosmos village, less than an hours' drive from Johannesburg and Pretoria. The self-catering guest house overlooks the Transvaal Yacht Club with stunning views of the Hartbeespoort Dam and the majestic Magaliesberg Mountains.

Bircham View Guest House offers the Main House with three bedrooms, as well as two Cottages, of which one can accommodate up to two guests while the other can accommodate up to four guests.

Top class establishment, superior inside equipment, including household appliances (shame we did not stay long enough to use the bread machine), the gaz braai, beautiful candles. Loved the style and deco, the space, the view. We had a wonderful stay here for the Easter weekend. We stayed in Top Cottage which looks as if it has been recently done over and is lovely. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The view from the bed and from the deck are special at all times of the day and night. Highly recommended.

I loved staying at Bircham View Guest House for the weekend. We had a beautiful view of the dam from our bedroom window. It is a great escape from the city. Will soon be going back for a visit.
