This Villa has three options: 1. Villa (BP5) five bedrooms. 2. House (BP3) three bedrooms or 3. The Garden Suite (BP2) two bedrooms.

This luxury, boutique, self-catering accommodation is only a four minute stroll from the famous and stunningly beautiful Camps Bay beach; the jewel of Cape Town’s Atlantic Seaboard. Surrounded by spectacular scenery such as Theatre on the Bay, trendy bistros, international restaurants and ‘vibey’ pavement cafes. This is one of the world’s best holiday destinations. Sunsets from the various balconies, patios, pool deck and rooms are usually quite spectacular and there is no need to go anywhere else to experience the holiday of a lifetime.
All bedrooms are en-suite and the two totally separate and self-contained House and Garden units make up the entire Villa. The spacious three bedroom House (BP3) sleeps a maximum of six and the two bedroom en-suite Garden Suite (BP2) sleeps a maximum of four. The House has an open plan sitting room, dining room, kitchen, balcony and patio with pool. The two bedroom Garden Suite has a sitting room/dining area, kitchen and covered patio extending out onto a paved area in the garden. There is no internal access between the two units and they therefore have their own private entrances. It is serviced Monday to Fridays with an option to employ the Domestic Manager at the guests’ expense. Fully equipped kitchens with ample cutlery, crockery and glassware. Each have a washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave and all the modern conveniences. Only crisp, white Percale linen is used and every convenience is provided to make your holiday a memorable one. Bingley Place offers one lock-up garage, dedicated parking bays and electronic entrance gates.
This private ‘Grande Dame’ and icon of Camps Bay is one of the original residences, built in 1920 and situated on 1207m² of landscaped indigenous garden. Internally, the Villa has been lovingly and sensitively modernized to cater for all the luxuries you could wish for. The elegance of the original sash windows, architraves and some antiques expertly blend the old with the new en-suite bathrooms, luxuriously appointed bedrooms, extra king size beds, travertine floors and modern kitchens. This creates a space of infinite charm, calm and comfort. Both units have a quirky touch by providing outdoor Victorian baths so that guests can enjoy steamy bubble baths in the open air and under the African starry skies. Please note: This Villa is available as a total unit sleeping 10 (Villa BP5, 5 bedrooms), or one of the units can be rented separately (BP3 and BP2). There is no internal access between the two floors and they therefore have their own entrances. If you would like to rent the unit as a whole, please state this in your enquiry. The total Villa price starts from R5500 (BP5).
