Bickley Terraces is a 19 bedroom guest house in Sea Point, offering the perfect balance between Azure Ocean and urban motion, on the cosmopolitan coastline and close to the city centre. All the personal warmth of a guest house and all the professional service of a boutique hotel. We provide everything a traveller expects to a high international standard and in modern classic style: all rooms are en-suite, have DStv, Wi-Fi, heated towel rails and the range of standard 4-star amenities plus so much more.

What Makes Bickley Terraces special: Interlocking suite configurations for from to up to seven rooms, for flexibility, privacy and convenience as you need it. A number of rooms have private and secure off-street entrances for VIPs or clients wanting discretion or convenience. A business centre with a Windows PC and an Apple Macintosh computer packed with the commonly used software applications, as well as Skype headsets, high quality colour laser printer, black-and-white printer, copier, and fax machine. Secure off-street parking for 11 vehicles, 24 hour security on-site and a state-of-the-art surveillance system. Breakfast - an optional extra - is excellent with a daily changing menu prepared by our 5-star chef in an open kitchen and served in the Cafe and on the poolside deck (weather permitting) and also available to go.

At least once a week a special film screening is held open to all resident guests and their invited friends by arrangement, drawing from our film library of South African and international movie classics, recent releases, rare finds, monster movies, cult films, shorts, documentaries and others. Films are shown in the Cafe area on a 50-inch plasma screen with full surround sound audio, and snacks or tapas are served.

Management staffs are highly qualified and experienced professionals, keeping hours normally found only in major hotels, and able to accommodate nearly any demand, any time of day or night. The views are abundant from the many terraces and balconies in our quiet and secure location among the cottages in the heart of the original Sea Point Village - but still convenient to the major roads connecting you to the Waterfront, beaches, Convention Centre, restaurants and the central business district.

Other Amenities: All rooms have a private outdoor patio, courtyard, balcony or terrace. Underfloor heating and air conditioning. Non-smoking rooms with designated outdoor smoking areas available. A heated, lighted pool with poolside seating and deck area. A large terrace is open on the second floor, available for stunning sundowners with views of Lion's Head and out over Sea Point Victorian cottage rooftops to the sea. This 40m-sq terrace can also be booked for private functions and special occasions. A lovely separate cottage with six rooms a lounge, courtyard with fountain, and a private garden that can be booked as a unit. The cottage also offers an outdoor kitchen where breakfast can be prepared and served privately on request if it is booked out by a single group.
