Situated in Plettenberg Bay town centre, Bella Vista Penthouse provides convenient self-catering accommodation with spectacular sea-views.

Bella Vista offers groups of up to 8 guests, beach-holiday accommodation which is sunny, comfortable and relaxed. The huge patio overlooks the harbour, the sweep of the bay and Keurbooms lagoon affording some of the finest view in Plett.

Its location - at Dolphin Circle, a well known town landmark – could not be more convenient. 5 of Plett’s top restaurants are within easy walking distance, and a family pizzeria across the road. (There is thus no need to worry about drinking and driving). Plett’s two golf-courses, including the Gary Player designed Goose Valley, are 5kms away.

Lookout Beach, Robberg Beach and Central Beach are all within 10 minute’s amble from the apartment. These beaches offer excellent surf conditions and lovely walks. Central beach (where the harbour is situated) has quieter waters for smaller children.

Accommodation:
The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2½ bathrooms. The main bedroom is en-suite and has a lovely private sun-room and air-conditioning.
Bedroom 2 (with twin beds) has sliding doors opening onto the patio, while the 3rd bedroom is a north-facing double room.
The 4th bedroom is a top-up bedroom – simple, at the back, with twin beds.
Security: Garage Parking and shaded parking bay, controlled access, and top floor security.

The living areas are light and cheerful; they include fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher), laundry (with washing machine and dryer), dining room and sitting room (with TV and sound system). The size of the patio ensures that guests don’t feel cooped up – a danger of apartment accommodation, particularly if your group includes children. There is ample space for sunbathing, and a shaded area too, for eating outside (equipped with Weber and gas braai) and a bar area.
