Bay Tree House recently won a top award as best boutique guest-house in SA, and it was not difficult to see why. Having recently spent time in many B&B establishments around SA, which we considered to be excellent, Bay Tree raised the bar considerably both in terms of the accommodation offered and the attentiveness and personal touches of owners Sally & Tony. Wish we had stayed more than 1 night. The best accomodation we stayed in by far, & what a lovely couple. They made us feel so welcome & all of their personal touches were so special, Ive never stayed anywhere where there have been petals down the toilet!! Everything was perfect & we couldnt have asked for more. Their cat & dog added to it, as we were missing our animals from home! Will stay much longer next time, perfect in every way, the best breakfast we've ever had, nothing too muc ... more

| The Bay room is situated in the front of the house nearest to the sea. It is a lovely room with a warm cheerful feel. Outside double doors lead to a small private patio set in amongst the lavender, and a path that leads to the front garden.

| Honeymooners. It is our largest room and is very private and has a wonderful serene feeling. There is a lounge area where one can sit, read or just relax with double doors leading to it's own private patio. Breakfast can be served on this patio if requested.
