The master bedroom contains a king-size bed and large en-suite bathroom, and features folding doors opening out onto a private balcony with sea views. The open-plan dining room boasts glass doors leading out onto a tall fountain in the adjacent courtyard, while the formal lounge has folding doors opening onto a covered patio and barbecue area. In addition, the maple pub has sliding doors leading to the pool deck with its fountains.

The villa is fully equipped for self-catering and features DStv, a music system, alarm system, and a garage. A weekly maid service is also provided for guests' convenience.
