Bateleur Houseboat

Like the eagle that it takes its name from, Bateleur is a "graceful bird" and is the ultimate experience in houseboating. Bateleur sleeps 12 passengers plus four crew members, and is superbly appointed with high quality furnishings and fittings.

There are three cabins on the lower deck of which one is en-suite, while the day seats on the upper deck convert to comfortable, fully mosquito-proof beds at night. Relax with a sundowner drink at the Captain's Bar. Catering is provided on-board and prepared by the crew chef. The lower deck also boasts a Jacuzzi in which to relax and cool off from the midday sun.

Due to unpredictable weather conditions on Lake Kariba, Bateleur does not operate during the months of December, January and February.
