Badawiya Dakhla Hotel

Badawiya Dakhla Hotel is a traditional mud brick building that opened its doors in October 2008. The hotel offers 50 rooms and is situated in Dakhla Oasis in the desert in Egypt.

The Badawiya Dakhla Hotel rooms all have comfortable living- and sleeping areas, private bathrooms, satellite TV, telephone lines and individually controlled air-conditioning. For families or groups of friends, some inter-leading rooms are available.

The reception area of the Badawiya Dakhla Hotel offers comfortable seating and beautiful light fixtures. There is an additional sitting room just off the reception area. The exterior is designed to be in harmony with the surrounding landscape, however, the mud-coloured domes give no hint of the comfort that lies within.

The restaurant has a terrace that provides the ideal place to enjoy your meal or just have a snack and take in the view. Shade is available under the parasols or, if you prefer, you can work on your tan sitting in the sun. The restaurant itself provides lavish, well-cooked food with organic vegetables from our gardens.

The pool area boasts the best view in the whole hotel. Guests look down on the lush green beauty of the Dakhla Oasis farmlands below and the mountain escarpment. This is the perfect place to watch the sun set while relaxing with a cool drink. The personable staff will be happy to serve you snacks and drinks around the pool.
