Description
Welcome to Babette's Guest House. A unique, stylish Provencal style home with garden cottages in a famous historic street of Swellendam.
Babette’s is a 4-Star Guest House. AA Superior accommodation. A place where you find true South African hospitality, and an excellent standard of quality and comfort.
The furnishing, art decorations and the lovely old wooden beams and doors, give a special, warm atmosphere to the Guest House. There is satellite TV and a library. You can also spend the lazy sunny afternoons in the lush garden with enclosed swimming pool and relaxing patio area.
There are 3 stylish garden cottages with private patio, and 1 honeymoon room. One of the garden cottages has self catering facilities.
Babette’s rooms have:

- bar fridge, tea and coffee-tray
Within walking distance from Babette’s Guest House, you will find several excellent restaurants to spoil yourself with a perfect lunch or dinner.
Our own travel-adventures and the film ‘Babette’s Feast’ inspired us to create this wonderful environment for our guests.
