Austin Heights is situated on the Kaikoura Peninsula with a panoramic view overlooking the stunning Kaikoura Mountains, the Pacific Ocean and coastline. Enjoy a peaceful and private stay away from all the traffic noise and only a five-minute drive from the town centre.
All our accommodation units are fully self-contained apartments which open out onto a long balcony with stunning views. The spacious apartments are fitted with luxury king or queen-size beds with electric blankets and a wool rest. Bathrooms are en-suite and feature extras such as toiletries and heated towel rails. Other room facilities include flat screen TVs with DVDs, CD players and kitchenettes fitted with fridges, microwaves, cutlery and crockery. All the units have complimentary beer, wine, biscuits, chocolates and fresh flowers in the room on arrival. Your stay is complemented by a scrumptious Continental breakfast in the morning. There are barbecue facilities available if needed.
The B&B is a handy location to explore all of Kaikoura's local attractions and marine life activities. There is a beautiful coastal walkway and the beach is recommended. We are happy to arrange any bookings for guests, for all attractions and activities in Kaikoura.
