Au Pear Boutique Guest House

Au Pear is an old Cape cottage with four luxury suites surrounding a courtyard with Catawba and hanepoot grapevines.

We can provide delicious, healthy breakfasts on request as an optional extra, but guests are encouraged to use the kitchen and dining facilities to make meals and entertain. Other facilities include a braai, laundry facilities, off-street parking with electronic access and security fencing.

The cottage retains much of its period charm. It is locate in a side road in the heart of leafy Newlands and within walking distance of the University of Cape Town, Newlands Forest, local pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. It is only 15 minutes to the city centre and Cape Town International Airport, and 20 minutes to the beach.
