Great hospitality
A warm welcome, spontaneous hospitality and new friends enhanced further by introduction to the superb Kikka restaurant. Our visit to Paarl was memorable.

Thanks, Ron&Kim, for a fantastic stay in your home. Your deep knowledge about where to go, what to see and where to dine was superior. Thanks for the superb breakfasts, we still miss them. We also can see Saturnus Rings, when we close our eyes. Thanks Ron for taking your time to show us.

Description
Aster Palms is a very special place to stay. A boutique Cape Dutch guesthouse in the Paarl Conservation area, we offer the finest homemade food using local produce and luxurious accommodation. We invite you to relax and enjoy a glass of wine by the pool, observe the variety of wildlife in the grounds, or a star-gazing session (R60 for an hour) on one of our many clear, dark nights. We are perfectly located in town, a short distance from the magnificent beauty of the surrounding mountains, while also being near the famous gourmet restaurants. There are four double bedrooms, two en-suite, a separate shower/toilet outside two bedrooms. All rooms have TV and the lounge have a TV/ DVD and a video player. There are three reception rooms, a well-equipped Library, grand piano and a separate dining room. The large kitchen and breakfast room is equipped with electric oven, hob, microwave, a dishwasher, washing machine, a tumble dryer and large fridge-freezer. We also have an internal braai (BBQ) room, with another portable BBQ set for outside use. This room with a free standing bath and shower overlooks the palm-fringed and solar-heated pool. Car parking is free and secure behind the electronic gate.

There are four double air-conditioned bedrooms, two en-suite, a separate shower/toilet outside two bedrooms. All bathrooms have heated towel rails. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, ceiling fans (except one room), heated towel rails in bathroom, a TV, hospitality tray of tea, coffee and drinking chocolate, a writing desk/dressing table. The guest lounge has a Satellite TV, DVD, video player and music system and an open fire place.
