Askham Post Office Guest House is ideally situated en route to the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park, in the heart of the Kalahari. Quaint and comfortable, the guest house offers accommodation amidst the breathtaking beauty and heat of the Kalahari.

The establishment has three en-suite rooms and a family cottage that can sleep up to six guests. Well equipped kitchenettes are provided for your self-catering purposes, as well as a TV lounge area and private braai facilities. Wood, meat and other supplies are available. Dinners can be arranged on request.

Walking and birdwatching are favourite activities in the area, and not to be missed are the local meercats that live in the vicinity. The former Askam Post Office was lovingly restored to a haven where visitors are warmly welcomed and can enjoy a comfortable night’s sleep.

Such wonderful people making us feeling so comfortable. As if we have known each other for so long. Everything was treated personally. We love those Askham hostesses, Johanna and Cecilia. Success also with the coffee shop!
