Aranos Hotel

The Aranos Hotel is situated in Aranos, a settlement located in the Hardap Region of Namibia which was granted "town" status in August 2010. This small place is surrounded by the red sands of the Kalahari and the undulating land is liberally dotted with trees and shrubs which sustain much wildlife. Aranos is located near the dry bed of the Nosob River, and is conveniently situated on the way to the Botswana and South African Borders, where they enter the Kalahari Gemsbok National Park.

The hotel offers accommodation in 11 en-suite rooms, each with a TV and air-conditioning. The rooms are available on a bed and breakfast basis or a dinner, bed and breakfast basis, and the hotel features an on-site a’la carte restaurant as well as a fully licensed bar. There is also a swimming pool for guests to cool down on those hot Namibian days.

In addition, we can assist with excursions to the Bushmen tribe, which is oldest know bloodline in the world, and a tribe that is almost extinct. There are only 100 known Bushmen left in the Kalahari region, and this is an absolute must-see. We offer morning trips or a full day excursion, with overnight stays at the Bushmen farm. We also offer overnight trips to a game farm.
