Arabias Boutique Hotel

- Really awful experience. - No place to park my car. I had to fetch my car on my own on the day I left which was a distance down the road. - No water to shower on the second day. - Breakfast was appalling. No bacon or sausage on day one.

Arabius boutique hotel was way better than what we had expected. The arab theme and the unique design of the hotel was very impressive. The rooms were first class and we would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed our two night stay at the tastefully decorated Arabias, my family and I felt like royalty. The service was good. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool while I observed them from a beautiful suite overlooking the pool. An area of improvement should be the breakfast as it does not match the standard set by the establishment.

It promised heaven and we got an average experience, nothing worked, from the door to the TV, to there being no door handle inside the bathroom, to no water, we were very disappointed. Customer service was very low. With the price we paid at Arabias we might as well as have stayed at Maputo Sun.

There is no secured parking, my car mirror was stolen within 2hrs of my check -in. By the time I checked out both mirrors were stolen despite parking infront of the reception. Had to request almost everything. The rooms are quite nice though.
