Description

Aquarius is a new, modern and beautifully furnished house, situated in the popular town of Camps Bay. Within a short walking distance, you have the magnificent sandy white beaches and world-class restaurants right on your doorstep.

Take a dip in the cool wind-protected swimming pool or lounge around upstairs on the patio, in the eight-seater Jacuzzi sipping cocktails and watching the sunsets. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen allows you to prepare all your favourite culinary delights while still being part of the entertainment area.

The house has four beautiful bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. There is a small study area for the business travellers and a guest bathroom with a shower.

Upstairs is the large open-plan living area that caters for all needs including comfortable couches, a plasma TV with satellite, sliding doors leading onto the patio, air-conditioning, a round dining table, a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, a dishwasher and a state-of-the-art fridge with an ice maker, a built-in barbecue with outdoor furniture and underground parking for three vehicles.
